Construcciones Darias Acosta is a small family business which began its professional activity almost 40 years ago in the early 1970s. For the first ten years we carried out construction work for both public authorities and private investors. Projects executed during that period include the Dragón Club II and El Hidalgo bungalows, the Parpayo, Vinciana and Maba apartment blocks, the San Fernando I and II industrial buildings and the Viuda de Franco restaurant.

Since then our main business activity has gradually moved from building development to the leasing of the properties which make up our own portfolio of assets. We currently manage residential, commercial and industrial properties in Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés, Arguineguín, Las Palmas, and the Polígono Industrial de Arinaga and Polígono Industrial El Goro industrial estates.

Later we started to operate as property developers, not only carrying out the construction work but also planning each project from the very beginning and handling the whole sales process. These development projects include the Campo Internacional, Tropisol, El Sosiego and Vicksol bungalows in Maspalomas, the La Sabina apartments in Patalavaca and the Los Veroles and Las Tuneras housing blocks in El Tablero.

At present we are in the middle of our first generational handover, and our aim is to keep improving day by day to ensure the company’s activity can continue with the future generations.
